COTTINGHAM & ROGERS REUNITED FOR HRH PROG!

October 7, 2024

CAIRO’s esteemed drummer, Graham, is unable to drum at HRH on the 18th October due to tour commitments with Grace & Fire. The band wish him and the band an awesome touring experience with Threshold.

The band is, however, delighted to announce that – standing in on drums – will be none other than multi-award-winning drummer, Henry Rogers (Mostly Autumn, Touchstone, Heather Findlay, Marillion side project Edison’s Children and many more).

Rob commented: “I have known Henry fourteen years after he joined Touchstone at the High Voltage Festival in 2010 and we have always kept in touch. Frankly – he’s like family. I am proud to have seen him progress to a leading drum figure in not just the prog world but the broader worlds of rock and pop – so I am personally looking forward to a blast on stage for what will be a very rare event. Kat, James, Paul and I rehearsed with Hen yesterday, and almost took the roof off the rehearsal studio. We are all absolutely over the moon to have Hen onboard for HRH and can’t wait to get on stage. One not to be missed, so come along and join the party!”

CAIRO are on HRH Main Stage 3.10pm on Friday 18th October and look forward to seeing you there.
